Politique de remboursement
We gladly accept returns and cancellations:
- Just contact us within: 30 days of delivery.
- Ship items back to us within: 35 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
- To complete your return, we might require proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
The return address is at the bottom of every page on our online store. The return address must contain the word "RETURN TO".
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or just reply from your order email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we’ve received your product back in its original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
